We will have themed donuts and drinks, goodies, vendors, photo booth with a beautiful backdrop, and a raffle for awesome Sailor Moon prizes!*Cosplay is welcome but please avoid bulky costumes or large props as the space inside the cafe is limitedEvent is FREE to attend and open to the public, but tickets to reserve your cup sleeves and goodies are available for purchase.

What is a Cup Sleeve event?

Cup sleeve events originated in South Korea and are typically held in cafes to celebrate a kpop idol's birthday, anniversary, or achievement.Similar to a themed cafe, the venue is decorated and a menu is curated to match the theme. In addition, a special cup sleeve is designed specifically for the event. To receive a cup sleeve, fans will have to buy a drink from the cafe. After the drink is finished, the cup sleeve may be kept as a souvenir or collector's item.

Vendors

Are you an artist or crafter? Are you a moonie? Are you interested in selling your art or handmade items at our event? Then we are looking for you!We are looking for up to 3 vendors for this event. All of your merchandise does NOT need to be Sailor Moon related, but you must have at least some items that fit the Sailor Moon or "magical girl" theme!We are not looking for official merch resellers at this time, only artists or crafters!

  • Vendor spaces are free!

  • You will only be provided with the space, you must bring your own 6ft table.

  • Chairs are optional as the vendor spaces will be against a wooden bench that runs along the wall. You may sit on it but it's advised to bring a cushion as it can get uncomfortable after a long period. You may also bring your own chair if you prefer.

  • Please no more than 2 people behind each table.

  • Approved vendors may NOT share their space with another artist without prior approval.

  • Set up time will be from 10am - 11am.

  • Event Hours will be from 11am - 7pm.

  • Vendors will be asked to donate an item for the raffle
